PWC Virtual Set and Physical Furniture Designs
Working within the constraints of a physically limited footprint, our challenge was to create a virtual set that felt expansive, connected and architecturally coherent. The result is a high quality digital environment that can seamlessly transition between multiple presentation modes without requiring structural change.
The design supports two primary configurations. The first is a relaxed, seated conversational area, anchored by a pair of bespoke cuboid coffee tables. The second is a visually integrated news desk and standing presentation zone, designed for more formal address and screen led content. Although the studio cannot physically accommodate both arrangements at once, the virtual environment creates the illusion of a single, continuous space.
Alongside the virtual architecture, we designed and fabricated custom furniture elements to reinforce the illusion. The news desk and coffee tables feature backlit front panels, overlaid with PwC brand colours to ensure strong visual identity on camera. Subtle lighting integration enhances depth and presence within the composited environment.
Brand expression plays a central role throughout the set. PwC’s signature colour palette is woven into glass film treatments, material detailing and background features, creating a cohesive visual language that feels premium yet contemporary.
This project demonstrates how a greenscreen studio, paired with thoughtful spatial design and Tricaster technology, can deliver broadcast quality results with remarkable adaptability. The PwC studio is a refined, future facing solution that elevates corporate storytelling through intelligent virtual design.
